By accessing or using the Softmount Atelier website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Products and Orders
- Descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
- We may limit or cancel quantities to prevent fraud or abuse.
- Custom-engraved products are final sale once production begins.
3. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Orders ship from our workshop or partner facilities. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.
4. Returns
Unused, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Contact us before returning an item for instructions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with normal operation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including text, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Softmount Atelier or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
Except as required by law, the site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softmount Atelier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Softmount Atelier harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
